I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas and I wanted to try this.....Should it work?......

workout plan:
walk or ride a bike for 2 miles
150 crunches
20-50 reps for each of the other strength exercises
exercise every weekday

meal plan:
8:00:breakfast:bowl of healthy cereal or eggs:300 calories
12:00:lunch:egg salad or chicken patty:200 calories
4:00:snack:spoon of peanut butter:200 calories
8:00:dinner:whatever's healthy on my plate(My parents make dinner so I'll just eat the healthy stuff on my plate. If it's not healthy then I'll only eat a little):400-500 calories

Give me any advice that you can......I really hope this plan will work!!!!

NOT THE WORKOUT PLAN SOMETIMES YOU CAN OVER EXERCISE 30 TO 45 MINUTES A DAY IS GOOD FOR A WORKOUT FOR ABOUT 2 OR 3 DAYS A WEEK THE MEAL YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO EAT EVERYTHING ON YOUR PLATE MAKE SURE ITS LEAN MEAT THE SIZE OF YOUR PALM BAKED OR GRILLED NO FRIED STUFF

I hope that you are fat then because that is quite a workout. I think that is a great sorce of energy! I think you should...
Eat cheerios for breakfast
Eat fruit with your lunch
Eat a healthy meal for dinner
If you have a snack before bed I would chose you get an apple.
Work out with 15 weights
Try out for karate
Think about joining a swim team.
That is all my advice

Ur plan is gud but remember "have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper." So try to take less calories at dinner and start ur morning with a gud breakfast.
Mix half spoon honey, one lemon in 1 glass leukworm water and drink empty stomach in the morning then don't take anything for 30 min.
Its better to take fruits as snacks as they are full of fibres and nutritous.
This will surely help u out and remember "Eat to live but dont live to eat."

you have a good plan but for one most important thing that has been missed-FRUITS.eat lot of fruits as much as you can,even 3 times a day.it takes out the unwanted fat and gives extra natural nutrients the fresh and natural way.

Since you have chosen it so carefully, why it will not work?? It will definately work.

Only thing to mind is that dont eat this planned food relishly. ;) ;)
