I recently went on an extended trip and took a ton of pictures. Right now they're all on my computer, but I'd like to print them and put them in a nice photo album. I'm not opposed to splitting them between multiple albums, but I'd like to have as few as possible. I have about 1000-1500 pictures... any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! : )

The largest album I've been able to find so far holds 300 pictures.

Camera stores usually carry a wide variety of photo albums, some of which you can add extra pages.

I totally understand wanting to show off all of your photos, but for the album, you may want to pare it down. Consider the size of that 300-picture album, and then imagine a friend handing you FIVE of them to look through.
Since your photographs are already digital, you may want to consider putting the "top 300" in a physical album and posting the rest on a website like webshots, flickr, or photobucket so that whoever wants to look at the rest of the photos can do so at their leisure.

Make your own with a big three ring binder, or you could do one of those scrapbook things - the books are expandable so you would just have to keep adding pages. I used a sketchbook for one of my trips - lots of pages and used photo corners to hold them in. If they are big (8x10) you could do sheet protectors in a three ring binder easily.
