Here are some suggestions:
-keep the set to the absolute minimum. a few well placed objects may be all you really need.
-chose different people to be different "voices" in the poem.
-don't try to memorize - just read the lines assigned to you from the text - focus on the interpreptation of what eliot is trying to say with this poem
