Nah, f*ck it, you've got to have a blow out now and again. I think it's pretty impressive actually. City Gent had three Pot Noodles in one day at the weekend, I'm feeling inspired to have my own junkathon.

Yes, it's far 2 much calcium, sugar and saturated fat. The body was not meant 2 run on those ingredients alone! If u are a 'chocoholic' or a 'sugar addict' i would suggest cutting down now before you run the risk of type 2 diabetes. Another user left a comment saying something like 'it's your body and it's not drugs' even though she was trying 2 help u, u have 2 realise that eating that excessive amount of junk food in a short space of time can b the equivalent of taking some drugs, toxicity wise. It is also 2 much pressure on your organs such as ur liver and ur pancreas, which has 2 deal with realising enough insulin (so u don't go in2 a coma) 2 substitute for all the sugar u have consumed, which leads 2 unnaturally raised blood sugar levels. The other part of the comment was correct 2, it is YOUR body no one else's, so u have 2 learn 2 take care of it. I hope this helps, good luck and remember in the future 2 pace ur self- u will eat less and ultimately not feel so bad! x

All that animal fat and sugar - of course it's excessive. I don't know anyone that could keep that lot down so you probably won't have to worry about the long term effects.

excessive? ok yes it is, but if you are going to eat all of that at least take the time to enjoy it and make it last at least a few more hours

Yes! But they say chocolate gives you the same feeling as being in love...

If you eat that much choco... can you tell me if it's true?

You must have an iron constitution. I am very jealous as I would be heaving if I tried to consume half that amount.

It's a lot of unhealthy calories, fat, and sugar. In the long run, if you continue that behavior, you will gain body fat.
