i just have to answer this question again, LOL, if hope you didnt meant abs exercises as in how many variety of abdominal exercise you should do in a day right?

what you should meant judging from those answer given to you is how many REPITITION you should do in a day? which is right ?

anyway .. if you are talking about abs exercise there are (oh my let me count the way)

Air Bike
Alternate Heel Touchers
Barbell Ab Rollout
Bent-Knee Hip Raise
Butt-Ups
Decline Oblique Crunch
Dumbbell Side Bend
Exercise Ball Crunch
Flat Bench Leg Pull-In
Russion twist
Scissor kick
Leg tuck

to many to list.. but if you would to ask how many abs exercise a day ? i would say only use maximum 3, you do wan to work your external and internal oblique, rectus abdominus, and your tranverse abdominal.

and if i am assuming you meant reptition, just do 3 sets of 25.. and i mean 3 sets of 25 (contracting your abdominal when you exhale out) just like your previous question that i answered, Cheers, glad i could help again

I do 100 situps but most people can do less.
Run for at least 1 mile.
15 crunches.
15 pushups.
Lift 5 lb weights.

3 sets of 15. But do them slowly, especially when you are lowering yourself back. It is more effective than doing 100 fast.

Well it does not matter how many.. how much time you do it.

Make sure whatever you do it is for 20 minutes or more a day.
