Yes of course. Us women do like compliments. But when you tell her this don't make it sound like she puts to much makeup on.

Yes and that's really nice of you, but she probably will keep wearing it anyway, it's a self esteem thing and as long as it's not too heavy and she looks silly. Most of the time makeup just enhances the face but not if it's applied badly

ABSOLUTELY!!! Most of us women feel we look absolutely horrible without makeup, so she'll be thrilled you think she looks good w/o it.
