Birds do both at the same time. The Urea is the white part of the droppings and the feces is the dark coloured part of the droppings. there are no birds that can solely urinate. It all comes out of the same hole which is called the cloaca.
Interesting fact. many vultures poo on their own legs to protect them from bad bacteria in rotten carcasses affecting their skin, it has actually been known for vultures to enter a carcass and eat their way out.

yes a bird poos and wees in the same mix thats y it is so runny

most of the time they wee and poo at the same time but there are the odd times the do it seperate, i had a cockatiel that weed on my mates head i could not stop laughing lol

i remember the old days when cars had spark plugs and you could examine the end of the plug and the condition it was in told you about little problems the car had.
i can also tell if any of my birds have internal problems by looking at the droppings.
black and white droppings consisting of both body function wastes show a very healthy bird.

I hate that I know this but: the white stuff is their wee and the black stuff in the middle is their poo - it all comes out in one neat package!

They deposit little sacks of both in one go, they also use us for target practise, how it's meant to be lucky when it hits you on the head, I don't know.

birds only have one exit, so they urinate and defecate from the same place, hence their excrement is in a form of solid matter at the same time wet
