There is no set time for any relationship, because not every realtionship is not make up of the same two people. I think if it seems like things are moving too quick then that is never good. Also, you do not want a relationship to be based on sex, after all, I assume you are looking for something meaningful. NO one should pressure the other into sex but if you put yourselves in situation where it could occur, then you should be ready for it.

I had a similar conversation today with a friend. I don't know the answer to that however, the topic of the conversation was the girls we knew mid - late thirties who were sleeping around (all had been in similar situations to you). Both my friend and I agreed that we would be somewhat reluctant to have long-term relationship with "easy" girls but would gladly shag them! Depends what you're looking for, if long-term wait a few weeks, if not then fu*k him!

Good god by our age those games are suppose to be over, your all grown up now and when you want to its time to.As long as everybody is up front and realistic about it. Dose having sex mean your in love and going to cling to each other for ever? for some Lady's ? Just communicate first its so much better when were all on the same page.
Best of luck (hope I didn't come across as to much of an ass)

So what are you waiting on. Your both adults, if the mood strikes then go for it, life is to short to worry that your boyfriend may think your easy. Just relax and enjoy the sex.

% minutes into dating. You are both 40 and up. You have been through a divorce. Trust me, it is not to soon. You know he wants to explore further also. Just throw your inhabitions to the wind and have a night of nothing but passion and release all that built up tensity.

Wait till the 2nd date. It would be enough. You both are not teens and you both know you want it.

Well in my Christian beliefs you should't have sex until your married. You can have intercourse whenever you feel you are ready. Let him know if you feel as though you are being pressured to do it. He should appreciate your honesty.

Wait as long as possible without turning him off. He'll respect you more.
