well todai i asked one of my friends if i should tell this guy i like him since im moving soon and she said yes get off your chest and then shes like ill tell him for you and then she told him and he said aw im going to miss her when she leaves but he didn't say anything when she asked him if he likes me...what do you think it means

It means if you want something done right, do it yourself. You needed to ask him, especially before you knew you were moving. If he did not answer when asked if he likes you, it is probably because he either does not want to hurt your feelings, or because he does not know you well enough to provide a valid answer to the question.

It might mean that he likes you or he is just simply going to miss you when you leave....since your leaving soon i would go up to him and ask him yourself to find out.

It means your friend should have stayed out of it. Plus a long distance romance just causes grief. It's not worth it. Ask him if you can write to him and take it from there.

I think he may like you but he's probably thinking why should I even start to like her when she's leaving. If he would've told you that he liked you then that would have only made it worse for you because there's nothing you can do about it now.
