if I run 5 days a week on the elliptical machine, swim, dance and do some resistance training workout videos could I achieve my goals. I am exactally 5'2 with a medium build. I want tight thighs and butt,nice arms,and a very flat tummy.basically a model look but healthy.any food or exercise tips to get to my goals, thanks. Also if I ran 3 hours 5 days a week on the elliptical trainer(split in half, twice a day, 3 hours total) is that ok? or will it cause me not to get my desired goals?

Lower or quit eating processed sugars. Eat lots of fruits and vegies. Raise your protein intake ( lean chicken, turkey, fish) lower what you eat in simple carbs. ( white rice, pasta bread)

sounds like you have the right idea for your exercise routine! Especially doing the resistance training. A good exercise for a flat tummy is pilaties

I've heard too much exercise can actually send your body into starvation mode if you're not eating enough to go with it. I'd recommend shooting for a size 8/10. Full figured women are hot!

THAT IS PERFECT BUT U SHOULDNT OVERDUE IT..EAT 6 TIMES A DAY 4 HOURS APART! IF U WANT A FLAT STOMACH UR GOING TO HAV TO DO SOME AEROBIC(runing)TOO.. BECUZ U WANT TO TAKE OF THAT LAYER OF FAT! BUT IT ALSO DEPENDS ON YOUR BODY STRUCTURE NOT EVERYONE CAN BE A SIZE 2 OR 3!! BUT I THINK U CAN DO IT IF U HAV THE WILL POWER>AND DONT DO ALL OF THAT JUS CUZ OF A GUY/GIRL!!!

Well make sure you eat healthy too. You will undoubtedly reach your goal. And that is a very healthy way to do it.

3 hours is a lot of time to spend exercising...you don't have kids and a husband, do you?
