if I run 5 days a week on the elliptical machine, swim, dance and do some resistance training workout videos could I achieve my goals. I am exactally 5'2 with a medium build. I want tight thighs and butt,nice arms,and a very flat tummy.basically a model look but healthy.any food or exercise tips to get to my goals, thanks. Also if I ran 3 hours 5 days a week on the elliptical trainer(split in half, twice a day, 3 hours total) is that ok? or will it cause me not to get my desired goals?
