It seems to me I have more trouble losing weight when I use 3-4 packets of Splenda a day. Any scientific studies out there about that? Would appreciate a link. Thanks.

Actually splenda does give you more of an appetite and causes you to binge.

No, but I heard that people who only consume artificial sweeteners tease their body, per se. Your taste buds crave real sugar and your body may request the "pick me up" from real sugar. When you only use artificial sweeteners, your body may continue to beg for "real" sugar causing you to indulge in other goodies. (nothing scientific, but it kinda makes sense).

my suggestion....stop using it!

I have that same problem when I use too much nutri-sweet.

Dont care about the scientific information. I just know when I dont use the stuff, everything is fine.
