Was told ages ago that its supposed to be God blessing you when you feel this. Anyone had this experience and whats it mean

Yes. I've had a variety of odd sensations including the one you seem to describe. I think it is just the odd excited nerve. It typically is not an indication of any progressive disorder. If it gets significantly worse, see your doctor. If there is some supernatural meaning to this experience, I can't know as it has not been revealed to me by God and I find nothing about it in Scripture.

I have felt this on my hand and also on my feet. It's really weird. Never heard the story about it being God blessing you, though. That is probably a story like the thing about your hand itching meaning you are going to get some money.

i've felt this before yes. But dismissed it as a muscle twitch. But interesting to hear the God blessing thing. I have horribly bad luck though so good thing someone is trying to help me.

It's usually some spirit just brushing against you. If you were touched by God itself, you'd be burned to a crisp.
