Hey, I really sympathize with you. When I was between 10 and 15, I went through a chunky stage, too. Most of the people in my family do this. At 21, I'm within normal weight range for my height.
You really should talk with your older relatives about this. Did they also have a stage like this? Oftentimes our weight changes around puberty for no good reason!
Weight loss should not be your goal at 14 years old. Instead, try to develop a healthy lifestyle that will carry you into adulthood.
Good luck!

Ok first you are so young to be worrying about this but here are some things that you can do if you are really worried about this.
First watch what you eat yea I know you are going to hate to see this one again" cut out the SODA and even the diet soda and sugar drinks"
Second watch the sweets you eat and the fast food.
if you don't want to give them up just cut them in half for 3 months then see if you can lessen it more after that.
I would suggest working out with some weights at home and if you cant afford to go out and buy them you can use things around the house. just be careful
the last thing to know is that muscle weighs more than fat so if you gain some weight don't panic just keep up the exercises you are trying to build then tone muscle.

Andy Dear,
14 is too young to be working out to build muscles. You could hurt yourself. There is nothing wrong with exercising just no weight lifting please. Some guys are just blessed with toned bodies from the beginning. Don't worry, you'll pass them up. They'll be the ones with the big beer bellies when they 30 and older and you'll be the fit, trim healthy guy with lots of hot ladies ready to date you. Don't fret over it. You'll are fine the way you are.
Sincerely,
Sophia

it depends on how your bones and body are made, some ppl have thicker bones than others, and i mean biologically, not like "big boned" the friendly word ppl use to say fat. this weight would be avg for a person about 5'6". don't stress it, anorexia is even more unhealthy in most cases than obesity, and you are very very VERY far away from obesity. it shouldn't be how much you weigh that determines your social status, just be you.

You put your weight in stones. I do not know what that is in kilos or pounds so I can not really tell you.
