No not even an unhealthy way. Starving wouldn't even do it as not eating causes your metabolsim to slow down.

The more you way the faster you lose, so I guess if you weigh 600 pounds maybe.

Sorry!

No, it isn't. Think about what percent of your body weight that represents!
As others have said, your approach to weight loss, with the water, healthy eating and exersize, is great. Only your expectations of the results is off kilter. Look at Kirstie Alley. She's been dieting since a year ago January and has lost 75 lbs. That's much more realistic.

Probably not, its not healthy to loose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week! I started on April 8th, doing what you wrote above and I have lost 55 lbs as of this past Saturday... so just keep with it, its worth it, the first month will go well and make you want to keep going!

Sorry girly, but it's just not possible. More importantly it's just not healthy. Some people can lose weight fast, but it is usually water weight and muscle they are losing. Plus it throws your metabolism out of whack making you more prone to gaining the weight back. Stay committed to your healthy life style. You'll get there :)

There is no safe way to lose that much in such a short time. Why do you want to lose so much so fast? So, if you lose a lot of weight quickly, 99% ir more you will gain it back and more. When you starve the body to much it screws up your metabolism and makes it way slower. Therefore making it harder to lose later.

That 's a great way to lose weight, but you should not lose more than 10-15 pounds per month. Anything more than that is unhealthy and not sustainable.
