1st of all how does he know that the professor likes u? and his trust should lie with u and what u 2 have! no one wants someone that no one else wants tell him that and if he can't take having an attractive woman then go get a bugga bear!:):):) ha lol. but in the future pls do not tell yo man about your admirers unless he is not jell-less!

Your professor is not behaving ethically. You should not know that he wants a relationship, because it should never have been brought up. He needs to know that his students are not his personal singles bar.
Now, about your boyfriend. He is insecure because he knows that your professor is in a position of power over you. He could pressure you into a relationship by promising a good mark or a bad mark for not going out with him. For your boyfriend's sake, you need to put distance between you and your professor unless you want to dump the guy and go out with the professor. But keep in mind that most universities have a "don't date the students" rule (it could be unwritten) that could lead to his dismissal.

Well he should be!!! First of thats just gross...second off i think you need to find a new professor. If you want your bf to stop giving you a hard time you need to tell that professor to back off and if he doesn't report him to the school. Your boyfriend probably feels like you are enjoying the attention from your professor. So prove to him that you want to be with him and not your professor.
