I know that they've had studies that PROVES there is no record of any kind where Marijuana was the cause of death(overdose) However there's millions of cases of alcohol poisoning.....Why's one legal when it's proven to be deadly, and the other is illegal, when death has never occurred?

Alcohol is legal because the government found a way to tax it! Remember prohibition? Alcohol wasn't legal then because the government wasn't making money off of the sales. Marijuana will be legalized as soon as the government figures out how to profit from the sales.

Nobody has ever died of not paying their taxes either.
You're making a mistaken assumption that laws are all passed to protect us from death.
This is not so (obviously), and if pot is a good thing because it's natural (God made it), then try smoking some poison oak and see what happens.

personally, I choose God and his fat doobie....but as to why it is illegal in the US of A. Easy. The government makes more money busting people for possesion and trafficking and having them pay fines and stuff on it than they would if they made it legal and taxed it like cigarettes. Kinda fuckered up, but that's our great government for you.

Very good question! I bet if they found a way to tax weed then they would legalize it! I say we have to be patient & it won't be long before we can smoke pot out in public.
