You can say "faire face" or use the verb "subir".

In your sentence you would say, "Chaque personne doit faire face à quelques obstacles dans sa vie". (Be careful with your ending as well. Vie is feminine (sa vie) and each person has only one life so no 's' on vie.
With the verb "subir"...
"Chaque personne doit subir quelques obstacles dans sa vie." Personally I would also change "sa vie" to "la vie". Instead of "chaque personne" you could also use "tout le monde" which means everyone or everybody. Chaque personne actually means "each person". Also in English you used the word "numerous" in French you used "quelques" which means "some". If you use the word for numerous it is "nombreux".
"Tout le monde doit subir des nombreux obstacles dans la vie."
Anyway, there are some ideas to work with.

I would say either 'rencontre' (encounters) or 'doit faire face à des nombreux obstacles' (must overcome) or 'est confronté par des nombreux' (is confronted with)....
