If i used a zip lock bag while having sex with my fiance two weeks ago i still have not gotten my period and i am late about week and half now?will a test work now? My guy thinks this is funny saying we should nick name the child zip if i am pregnant!How can i make him not act so immature i refuse to be fat and walking down the asile!

You are not smart enough to be a parent or a wife if you really though a zip lock bag was an ok replacement for a condom.
Not that you have to take an IQ test to do either...
Take the pregnancy test and buy yourself a copy of Sex for Dummies while you're out shopping. Or stop by Planned Parenthood. Those people work so hard, they deserve a story like your to laugh about in their lunch room.

Well, Claire, I hope you at least read my answer to your question. Because I am not going to make fun and call your immature, people can be so cruel. You are very upset, and this could have an effect on your period. But to be on the safe side go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. If you are expecting a baby, then if you can move the date up. There are a lot of women walking down the aisle carrying a baby. So, you aren't the first, and you definitely won't be the last. So, put the shoes on, carry your purse, and go get the test. You maybe worrying over nothing, just a late period. Or, if you are pregnant then you can start dealing with it, and quit worrying whether you are or not. So, please get a move on.
Your fiance's joke about the baby's name is funny. You can't see that it's funny, because you are so worried. You wanted your wedding day to be perfect, and being huge with child was not how you pictured it. Please ask him to stop the jokes, that he's wore that joke out. Be honest with him, and tell him "honey, I love you, but knock it off"
Now, to his not helping in the planning, since he likes jokes so much. Tell him you think he's going to look awesome in the pink vest and purple tuxedo. And doesn't he think the wedding cake in neon colors would be cool? You are going to serve his favorite foods right? Wrong? Give him a made up menu with all the foods he can't stand. Oh, by the way, sweetie, that lovely Aunt of yours that kisses you all over the mouth is lucky enough to sit right next to you. It's that nice how it worked out. I just knew you wanted her near you. In other words, scare the hell out of him.
He needs to help, and sometimes, they will say "it don't matter" when he definietly doesn't want certain things. It is his wedding too, so he needs to help, you just got to get him thinking what could happen if he doesn't help!
Clair, you got those shoes on yet, get your butt in gear, and let's find out for sure. You could be giving yourself a nervous breakdown over nothing. I am sorry that some of the people giving you answers are so hateful, you got enough on your mind without hearing that kind of crap......

Apparently you don't since zip bags are not protection barriers. It might keep the fruits fresher, but don't assume it will protect any expelled fluids out of his pen.is.

Um a zip lock bag?? And you are HOW old?? If you are pg- it is because you and your bf did not use proper precautions. I say give your body a few more weeks or even wait until the next time you are supposed to get your cycle. If it has not come by then I say have a test taken. If you are worried about being large at the wedding, and if you are pg, I say push the wedding up to a sooner date.
Also- if he wont help plan, dont worry- most guys arent into the whole planning thing- they just want to know the following thing:
1. Date
2. Time
3. Location
4. What to wear.

I guess you are going to have to improvise some more, huh? You are asking and wanting too much too late. Men are not really interested in the wedding plans, and by making jokes about possibley being pregnant is a coping method used by many, including women. If you refuse to being pregnant, NOT FAT, and walking down the aisle, then you may not be walking down the aisle, unless you improvise(assuming you are pregnant) and get married sooner, like ASAP. Then you can just tell family and friends that you got pregnant on the honeymoon. Good life and good luck trying to get your fiance trained the way you want him. My advice.....get used to it or be prepared for divorce.

Take a test and get over it. Are you usually in a bad mood or is it because you are worried, if not it could be that you are a little edgy because you ARE pregnant. As I see you have more than this issue with your boyfriend, girl you better sit down and have a nice talk before you take another step. Because if you are, and get fat, and walk down the aisle--- Be happy about it - It was your doing.

Um, I'd seriously re-think marriage. You don't sound ready to me. I mean, if he can't run down to the local 7-11 and get some condoms, then how the heck is he supposed to handle caring for a family, and possibly an infant? He's not. If you can't stop him or yourself in order to run down and make sure you're protected, then you're not ready to care for a family. You're the one who decided to have sex w/o using protection (and w/o being married, but that's neither here or there), you're the one who can get pregnant if contraception fails, so you're the one who has to live with the consequences.

you will have to take the test and find out if answer is yes..you might have to have wedding sooner than later or maybe later than you planned if you don't wanna be pregnant during wedding..
