Everyone worships something. If it's not the living God, then it is an idol.
- Money
- sex
- TV, etc

Just follow the trail of what takes up their time and where their money goes...at the end of that trail...you will find it!

Okay, let us look at the extremist, right wing christian's test:

What do Muslims worship?
Killing people.

What do atheists worship?
Science that is false.

What do Christians worship?
The right thing as mandated by the lord and hsi son jesus christ.

Great job christian extremists, not only have you screwed over the reputation of other christians, but for everyone in the U.S. and the fate of the world, STOP HAVING SUCH A CLOSED MIND! WAKE UP AND UNDERSTAND THAT BEING IGNORANT WILL GET YOU NOWHERE!

Sorry, atheists don't worship science. We don't go to university labs on Sunday and praise the all mighty Einstein or Darwin. We are level-headed enough to understand that science is our most valuable tool for determining the truth about our universe. We don't claim that it has all truth figured out... nor do we think it ever will... however, it's a process and has proved itself useful over time. It's not worship, it's respect and understanding.

For one, it's not worship. For two, men wrote your Bible, which is certainly fallible; it's written there that the Earth is flat and the center of the universe. For three, science is founded on knowledge and evidence, instead of fear and blasphemy.

Atheists are those who have no superstitions of any kind, magic, religious, evil eye, spell casting, or any of the others. We worship nobody or any thing. How can a supposedly normal person claim that we worship anything ?

The pompous attitude about faith is the cause of people like you asking unethical questions like this. GOD CREATED MAN WHO CREATED SCIENCE COMMONLY KNOWN AS A RESEARCH SUBJECT.

They do NOT worship science. You generalize all Atheists into one lump. More often than not, they have some level of spirituality but just do not believe in a higher power.

Don't say dumb things.

You're just projecting your way of thinking onto us. Only theists have "Faith" in anything. Faith is beyond stupid because you actually ignore evidence. We have skepticism. We believe things ONLY after thinking about it.

Atheists do not worship science... they study it. Big difference.

The world would be a better place if more people understood the difference between worshiping and studying.

Re: additional details
Restating a falsehood doesn't make it true.
