All the major monotheistic religions in this world came into being during the past 5500 years. It is but a tiny spec of time even if we consider the human history. I believe that each religion has a part to play, as well as a period of prominence, after which it degrades. So as old religions disappear, new ones will emerge with clearer perspective and which is more appropriate for the time.

Because there are too many deceiving religions out there.
No one can be religious enouph to go to heaven. All have sinned somewhere sometime. Sin cannot enter heaven. Ones sins have to be atoned for.
