Go to http://idenphones.motorola.com/iden/support/support_home_main.jsp

That's if your phone is an iden phone which most nextel phones are, or just go to http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/Motosupport/source/ServiceMyProduct.asp
and select the product you want.

i have a Sony Ericsson phone that came with software to help with file transfers. if you don't have the software, you should still be able to see the phone on your computer. plug the phone into your USB port and...

hit Start > My Computer and look for a new drive (something other than your normal C: drive and CD-ROM drives). that will be your phone. it may be listed as an extrernal hard drive or something, but you can double-click it and explore your pictures from there.
