This is a tough one because you aren't 100% sure about his sexuality. If you guys are friends and hang out a good bit, then you should be able to throw some hints without actually jumping into the subject. When you are around him again, ask what type of person he is interested in, if he has any special love interests at this time, things like that, then tell him what you are interested in as far as what type of people you like, and just throw in that you don't judge people by their sex, that you like people for who they are. Hope that helps some........good luck to you
Just another bit of advice, if you are gay or bi and you know this, it will make life much easier for you to come out with it. My brother is gay and hasn't come out of the closet and he has to live a double life and I feel so sorry for him.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

Unconditional love can not be earned or misplaced. Blind love does no longer exist, because of the fact a blind love could require the bestower to love in adversity via looking any opposite direction quite of embracing the difficulty and working via it, loving an analogous each and all of the on an analogous time as, which by no skill lasts. First bring up the topic of homosexuality/bisexuality in front him (do this casually) and see what he says, if he's grossed out, or cool with it, or admits to being bi. If he says nothing about it, i wouldn't make a move, because you might ruin a friendship or cause unnecissary drama for yourself.. Just see what happens.

I think that it's messed up when people tease people that are bi, gay, or lesbian. They're still people! Well, about your problem, maybe you should tell him how you feel. But if you feel it'll ruin your friendship, don't. :) That's the best I could do.
