need to gain 20 -25 lbs. i have a very fast metabilism.
Are there any excersizes i can do at the office? i have 2 twenty lb waeights. Also what should i eat, that i can bring to work and prepair fast at work. what should i eat for breakfast? and dinner?

pretty much what im asking is can some one put toguether a general fittness plan? im 6 foot 1 and 150 lbs. i surf twice a week for about 4-8 hours each session. so i get plenty of cardio, what should i eat before i surf?

I only eat once or twice a day, work 10 hrs a day at the office, 2 1/2 hour daily commute, 5 days a week.

Im not that healthy. So i dont think im natrally thin. If i knew how to eat properly i would. I just dont. All the sites ive seen want cash for advise.

I have plenty of time to work out at the office any pointers?

To have such a problem! LOL

I understand that this can be a problem so I am answering it seriously.

First all people will suggest that you fill up with milkshakes and empty non nutritional carbs. DON'T!!

Just like with weight loss losing too fast isn't good, with weight gain gaining to fast isn't healthy either.

If you eat crap to gain weight you will end up with belly fat, love handles and being moon faced.

Increase your calories true...carbs give you energy and burn off fast. Stay away from a lot of starchy carbs like french fries, chips, cookies etc.

Try meat protein, fish...at work beef jerky, nuts are easy to carry and give you tons of protein which will encourage muscle growth not FAT. Eating before bed also allows your body to metabolism to slow down.

You can wear ankle weights under your pants along with the hand weights.

If this doesn't work your could have your MD do a metabolic test. Could just be genetic like you said.

Not sure about your age but when you pass 40 none of this maybe an issue.

I dint know that this can be much help but you can try to left weight because muscle is heaver than fat. Try to eat at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's because you can put on some weight eating that food because i work there and they eat big macs all the time and this girl i worked with gain 20 pounds.

run alot and walk alot , don't watch too much tv
