If you have a cold probably the best thing you can do is exercise it builds up yur muscles and cardio vascular muscles and it builds up your emune system to fight a common cold so take it from me Dr Jeans that its a very good way to get rid of a cold

No way. exercise lowers your bodies ability to fight off infections etc. Hence pro athletes always get colds and flu.

Give your self a few days rest, the cold would go eventualy but will take longer if you keep exercising

Yes as long as you keep it somewhat low key it is actually a fact that people who exercise have better immune systems and fight illness better than those that do not. But be sure to load up on fluids and get plenty of good rest after.

you should probably rest because you won't lose any strength on anything if you don't and then when you feel better you can start again but i would rest. but you could do moderate exercise maby cut it down to 30 minutes
