Islam contends that woman are deficient of the mind, yet in reality we know this is false, however, lets assume its true for a minute.
Why would Allah even make a human "deficient" of anything? Its like saying "Allah, the imperfect creator maketh human in his imperfect image"?
Of course, maybe Allah wanted to give the clinically insecure Muslim man and toy of ridicule...like a bone for a dog....I dont know...it all sounds so stupid, my mouth drags on the floor....

in islam the justice is very important
islam did not refuse witness of women but it consider this witness as the half of men witness
because women have the feeling of motherhood which may make women feel pity for the criminal
in the same time we all respecte the wives of the prophet and we follow thier witness about the prophet mohamed (pbuh)

Allah (God, or whomever you choose to address Him as) didn't make anyone deficient; man attempts to do that in order to gain control over others. Just like in the Constitution where slaves were declared what, 3/4 or 1/3 human?

Deficient in the emotional sense during the menses. One of the reasons why 2 women are needed as witnesses instead of just one is because 1.)women think with their hearts and feelings, and 2.)in the case of mensruation they can be irrational.
