As long as your child is growing and gaining weight appropriately for their age you are doing the right thing. If you have questions about the way your child developing just ask your pediatrician. If you want to change your child's diet there are some great cookbooks made specifically for growing children. They will outline some great nutritious meals for you and your children.

If you take her to the pediatrician, they will check where she is at on the growth charts and that will also tell you what percentile she is in for weight. Everyone worries about feeding their children the right stuff, but hey, she has made it a year. so your doing something right. Keep up the good work mom.

Make sure she is eating plenty of fruits and veggies. Whole grain cereals. She can eat beans and cheese. Just make sure the foods you are giving her have some nutritional value. How you feed them now teaches them how to eat later on in life. Keep it as healthy as possible.

At one she can eat everything you can eat. I would watch the amount of peanut butter though.

Stick to a low sugar diet, too much sweets like chocolate can be dangerous for a one year old.

You are a mother now, go with your gut. Anytime you feel unsafe about something go with that feeling until you confirm it otherwise.

They can eat pretty much everything you can, so think of the healthy foods that you should eat and give her smaller portions, as long as she gets her 5 a day, and a good balance then your doing great
