He needs to go to a vet! It takes a lot for dogs not to eat, so if he isn't eating, he's probably pretty sick. Increased thirst and increased urination can be symptoms of canine diabetes, or some other kidney related medical conditon.
Here's some info for you:

sounds like he is blocked up for some reason. Any missing toys? Could be diabetes, but that shouldn't bring the bloating. Our German Shepard is old and he sometimes will go two days without eating and will only drink. This I guess is normal behavior. But he is not bloated. Did you try hand feeding him? Put cooked chicken in his food, or rice. But do not feed him during the time you are eating (if you put added foods in), he may link the two together and become a begger. I wouldn't give him any treats until his appitite comes back and eats his meals.
But most importantly, go get an xray done at your vet. He will know what to do.

I've had German Shepherds all my life and have one now, it sounds to me like he has a urinary infection or he could be on the upstart of diabetes, it's normal for adult Shepherds to drink more than one bowl of water a day, but if his stomach is bloated, please take him to the vet and don't put it off, I just had to have my beautiful 11 yr old GS put down last year because of too much protein in his kidneys, bladder, liver, etc.. his electrolytes were off the charts and antibiotics no longer helped him, please get him to the vet immediately. Thank you.

it is possible he has bloat, which is a condition that large dogs can get. their intestines turn inside out and it is very dangerous. they need surgery immediately and can die if not treated quickly. another possible cause is that your dog has developed diabetes, or has worms. whatever the case, get off the computer right now and take him to the vet!! he could be very sick!

Pig ears are very salty! Two days is not that big of a deal to be overly worried; however, you
can still be a little worried and call your vet for advice. That's the sign of a good pet owner.

ah what a sweetie I have one too. She recently was drinking alot of water and had really bad gas. She had hook worms. The docotr gave her medicine and it went away in about 1 week. I highly donot recommend pigs ears. They are not good for them at all. My vet was telling he wishes they would take them off the market. The pigs ears donot digest properly.

I would be concerned about your dog having diabetes. If he is not eating as well I would get him to a veterinarian as soon as possible for some diagnostic tests.
Good luck

I would take him to the vet ASAP. Your dog could have ingested something outside. From a poisionous bug to a plant to anything. They are like vaccumme cleaners and will pick up anything they find.
Good Luck

I would take him to the vet especially with his stomach looking bloated and being off on his food.
Good Luck
