GREAT peanut butter cookies:
Ingredients
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup Jif Peanut Butter
• 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 16-ounce package (1 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces
Directions
• Preheat oven to 325ºF.
• Cream together sugars, Jif and butter or margarine; beat in eggs.
• Stir together flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture.
• Beat just till well mixed. Stir in chocolate pieces.
• Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
• Bake in 325ºF oven about 15 minutes or till lightly browned.
• Cool slightly before removing from pan to cooling rack.
• Makes 6 dozen cooki

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies * 1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix * 1/4 cup vegetable oil * 3 tablespoons water * 1 egg * 20 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, egg and water in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. 3. Place batter in a cupcake pan (cupcake wrappers recommended). Once cups are 3/4 of the way full, place an unwrapped miniature peanut butter cup in the middle, then bake for 30-35 minutes keeping an eye on them while baking.

Peanut Butter Snoozles:
In a baking dish lay out strips of freshly cooked bacon. On top put a layer of whipped fresh whipping cream. Add strawberries. Then dopple peanut butter all over. Place a layer of bread crumbs over the whole dish. Spray with cool water. Cook at 300 degrees for 21 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Squish into dessert cups with ice cream scoop on top (Peanut Butter Ice Cream). Enjoy

"Puppy Chow"
9 cup Chex (corn or rice)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Put cereal in large bowl. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour over Chex cereal, put into a large plastic bag with powdered sugar and shake well to coat.
Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool.

MY FAVORITE!
FROZEN PUDDING SANDWICHES
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding (any)
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
24 graham crackers or chocolate wafers
Add milk gradually to peanut butter in a deep narrow bottom bowl, blending until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread filling 1/2 inch thick on 12 of the crackers. Freeze until firm.
Makes 12 sandwiches.

Sticks and Stones Candy Bark
INGREDIENTS:
1 (11 ounce) package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 1/2 cups butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups thin pretzel sticks
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 ounce) package Raisins
DIRECTIONS:
BUTTER a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
MICROWAVE semi-sweet morsels, butterscotch morsels, and peanut butter in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100 percent) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
ADD pretzels, peanuts and chocolate covered raisins; stir well to coat. Spread into prepared baking dish.
REFRIGERATE for 1 hour or until firm. Break into bite-size pieces.

OK, I'm going to apologize ahead of time for exactly how bad this is for you, but...
Squamish Bars (kinda like Nanaimo bars, but not)
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup corn flakes
(disclaimer, I've always skipped the corn flakes and used 2 cups rice crispys)
filling:
2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup butter,softened
2Tbsp light cream
1.5 tsp vanilla
Topping:
3oz unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp butter
In large saucepan over low hear, heat peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup until blended and sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in rice cereal and corn flakes. Press into lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Let cool
Filling:
In bowl, beat icing sugar and butter. Add vanilla. Spread over cereal base and chill for 30 minutes.
Topping:
Meanwhile in double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate and butter. Let cool. Spread evenly over filling. Chill for 20 minutes. Cut into very small squares.

FLUFFY PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup milk
9 oz. container of cool whip
9" graham cracher crust
Whip cream cheese with beaters until fluffy . Beat in peanut butter and sugar. Slowly add milk blending throughly into mixture. Fold in cool whip by hand. Put in crust and freeze till firm

Peanut Butter Haystacks
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup salted peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter on top of a double boiler, or in a microwave. Blend together.
Stir peanuts and noodles gently into the melted peanut butter mixture.
Drop dough by forkfuls onto waxed paper. Cool until set.

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and butter. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the butter mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in the peanuts.
Spread batter evenly into pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack and cut into 2-inch squares.
