You can refrigerate it but jelly has so much sugar content that it doesn't spoil easily if oyu left it out.

by the time they jelly would go bad, the jar would be empty. haha i think its more of just a preferance more than anything.

no u cant get sick. if you dont refrigerate it then its going to to take ages to set - infact i dont even know if it will set atall.

no, you can keep jelly in your kitchen cabinet until you open it.
