I'd like to keep the blue guidelines when I print my pic. Is this possible, and if so, how do you do it?

No, they don't actually exist, you can turn on snap to guides and smart guides and using the line command manually draw them in on a new layer though.

Just draw them in on another layer - there is probably a way of printing them but if you just add them to the image yourself before you print it would be easy enough.
You could do a print screen but this would almost certainly cost you resolution of the image.
I suppose you could draw them out once and save them as a separate image and then superimpose them over any other images you want so you can use them more than once.
Have a fantastic day!

if it is a small enougth picture to fit in the window
then simply press print screen that will take a picture of everything
then in photoshop click on file and new
say ok to the size shown it will be preset
for what you have in the clipboard

then in the new image click edit then paste
crop your pic from the rest and
the pic you now have will contain the blue guidelines as part of the pic
