You could use Head and Shoulders Shampoo but if its really bad then you might want to go see a doctor and he'll give you some medicated shampoo that gets rid of dandruff.

Use a zinc or tar based shampoo. This will work for dandruff. Alot of people mistake product buildup for dandruff, because it too flakes. Before you use a dandruff shampoo you should use a salon quality clarifier to remove buildup this will either correct the problem or prepare your hair and scalp for dandruff shampoo to work properly

Try a dandruff shampoo like Head and Shoulders, Selsun Blue or Tegrin. If they don't help ask your doctor for a prescription shampoo for problem/stubborn dandruff.

Well I bet you've already use a Dandruff Shampoo but you also need to condition your hair after washing it, keeping it hydrated.
----- I had the Same problem, but now after I wash my hair I put in a good "leave-in Conditioner" Many different shampoo companies make them, just find the right type for your hair!
Hope this helped

Have you tried some of the Tegrin shampoos? They are very good for flaky scalps and dandruff. (I use it).
You may want to check with your doctor. He/she may give you a prescription for a stronger shampoo. He/she will also check your scalp for other possible problems.
I hope it clears up for you.

I have eczema, and what's always helped me is Selson Blue. The best thing to do is to put the shampoo on first, take your shower, then wash out the shampoo last--that gives it the most time on your scalp, so it works better.

Using shampoos, like Head & Shoulders, that contain pyrithione zinc helped me. There was also a recent study that indicated pyrithione zinc may help reduce hair loss.
