i know this 19 yo girl 4 a month now, who just got a job as a waitress, and the new schedule is busy as hell, only get a day off every two weeks,...if so, how would i chase her, because she is quite a package, right now, we are just friends, she is doing lunch and dinner shift everyday, so she can't see me even after work, only when she is off,...what do i do??

Actually, this worked for me. Have lunch and dinner at the same place often, but not too much (unless you pull of that "I'm not that interested in ya" routine) otherwise, she might think you're stalking her and either way she still might kick the living crap outta ya if she really liked ya. But you'll always get the chance to see her and talk to her. Other than that ... Love Letters and Roses delivered to her at work. Works everytime.

well u could always stop in close to her break time, or if no break stop in for lunch maybe bring her a card or flowers just to let her know ur interested. If she is interested she will find time to spend with u after work or before work. Good luck to u .

If she really wants to see you and get to know you, she will make room in her schedule for you and she will take your schedule into consideration as well. If you chase her, you might chase her away.
