how can i tell the girl i work with that she is the most annoying, idiotic, immature, biggest pain in the @ss that i have ever known in my life?
don't wanna hurt her feelings but there is only so much you can take of a person!

Just tell her straight, Then she wont talk to you, and you don't have to put up with the annoying cow.
Get drunk first and then do it, but don't get too drunk or else you'll end up with your arm round her saying.."aargh, you're my best mate you...arrgh, BURP!!..I love you....hic"

First there is never an easy way to do this ,maybe she is trying to hard to connect with you maybe she has been shut down alot ,just try to make the best of the situation and say look im not trying to be rude but sometimes you really make it hard to connect with you i would like to be your friend if you think maybe you could grow up a liitle sometimes you can act immature and im sure i can too ,but if not then i guess we cant be friends ,who knows maybe you 2 will end up being gret friends, just give her chance,wouldnt you want to know if you were an annoyance instead of just being ignored and pushed over by someone you hardly knew for a selfish reason

Im not the type of person to beat around the bush...I dont like people to do that with me either. You need to tell the girl whats up. If you were being thought of in that way wouldnt you want someone to tell you? So my advice to you is to just pull the girl aside and tell her whats up.

Tell her that while at work, you want to only concentrate upon work and not engage in conversations with others. Would she mind if you two waited until some other opportunity to talk.
Then, leave before or after she does and never find the time to meet with her after work or before work.

lol ...sounds like you'll have to help her stop these idiotic, immature,pain-full in the @***, and annoying behaviors one thing at a time..in order to keep piece..problem down the line is you ll have to make friends with her..lol good luck

Sit her down and say, I don't want you to take this the wrong way but..... your behavior is unacceptable. You need to conduct yourself in a mature manner.Some people are having issues with your behavior,so may I suggest that you tame it down some.

I guess you can think of it two ways and the answer depends on what you think.
If you want to mentor her and make her a better person, then you should ask "shouldn't you .... " or "wouldn't it be better if you....". So explain and guide her.
If you think you just don't want to deal with her, then just slowing stay away from her.

Just ignore her. It's obvious you don't like her so don't take any notice of her. If you give her the attention she'll annoy you even more probably so don't give her that satisfaction !!
