It doesn't sound like gaining weight is an option! When I was your age I ate loads and stayed skinny, as does my sister now (she is also 14) - you have unwanted weight gain to look forward to in years to come, lol.
As long as you are healthy, eat a reasonably balanced diet and do exercise (presumably you do PE at school) then there is no need for you to gain weight.
People, especially girls, come in different shapes and sizes and your weight may fluctuate while you are growing. You should not worry about your weight and dieting (or feasting in your case) until you have stopped growing and changing - until you are 18 at least!
Enjoy eating what you like and staying thin while you can!!

You're only 14- you're gonna hit a growth spurt in the next few years- this isn't going to be along term issue. You're at an age where your body is growing so fast that your weight cant keep up with your height. Give it a few years. At 14, I was a string bean. Now, at 23, I'm a normal height and weight. Your mom is just worried that she's not feeding you enough.

Depends how tall you are!
As a 14 year old, DO NOT WORRY about your weight! You will possibly put a bit more on by the time you leave school.

at 14 your metabolism is high so even though you eat crap you dont put on weight, but watchout because it will catch up with you as you get a bit older, start eating healthy now and save yourself the pain of being a fat spotty 20 yr old.

You should ask somewhere that understands what a 7 1/2 stone is. This is the United States part of Yahoo not england or where ever you're from.
