Three are three heavens and three hells.**
The three hells are the abode of the dead awaiting judgment, the abode of evil spirits and hell prepared for the devil and his angels.

One of those spirits from the second level of hell is aptly known as the "American Ha Ha" spirit.

God will always listen to a humble and contrite spirit even if their spiritual understanding is flawed. Now God records everything but, contrary to what many say here, the remainder are talking to themselves or their father the devil.

**None of these are "purgatory", which does not exist. The only thing you can take with you when you die is your character. What you have here is what you are going to have on the other side. Busy signal here. Busy signal there.

I find that when I quit listening to Him He quits listening to me.

He has shown you, o man, what is good and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

If one or more of these are missing from the equation and if there is disobedience - especially in an area He has been trying to point out in His Word - then, yeah, heaven starts getting unresponsive just as Leviticus 26:18-19 says.

I think He is. And, I know that God never has a busy signal. He's always free. And no, He won't run out of minutes listening to you. Also, you don't have to wait until 7:00 for His free minutes, because He always has free minutes, every minute of the day!! So, go ahead and pray already!!

God Bless!

I think you have to be a sincere person who sees the need for God before he's going to listen. The busy signal may be a self created illusion based on your lack of concern about your soul and your life.

God knows when someone is sincere and when they are not, so why should He talk to you? He has never let me down when I needed Him but then again I haven't trashed Him and accused Him and then expected Him to jump through hoops for me. Try having a relationship with Him and maybe he will listen next time you need Him otherwise save your slander.

He knows what you were going to pray even though you didn't pray it. That's how much He loves you and wants to hear from you. Just talk to Him. Pray to Him anytime anywhere about anything. Thank Him for what you're grateful for. Ask Him for guidance and direction in a decision you're trying to make. Pray for your friends. Just talk to Him.
You're wise to seek Him.

perhaps you are borin and do not know it, tell Him a joke like how you think He is not listening He'll get a kick out of that one. He has a great sense of humor.. Actually it is probably time for you to listen. Try turning off the mic and turn up the volumn on your receiver. Let us know what you hear.

I always find that the busy signal is in my own network. Jesus is always open and listening.

Maybe He's answered you and it's just not what you want to hear.
People tend to blame God for everything that goes wrong in their life, because when they ask for something they expect to get it. God knows what's best. He's not an Aladdin's lamp. You can't rub Him and get your wish.
