If the migraines only started AFTER the surgery, they may be caused by the eyestrain induced by the diplopia. However, I have severe diplopia in my right eye due to a cataract and it has no effect on my migraines.
My migraines began @ 10 yrs. ago at age 45 as I entered perimenopause. They were obviously hormonally caused, and I went from pain killers to beta blockers to daily anti-seizure medication (the side effect is that it stops migraines -- go figure!), and still got "breakthrough" migraines at least 1 - 2 times per week! I stopped taking Imitrex when it stopped working and moved on to Axert. Now, FINALLY, we have found out that many of my migraines are caused by sulfites and phosphates. The trick is in knowinig WHERE these are: salad bars, salad dressings, red wine, vinegar, MANY, MANY meats like cold cuts, chicken at most fast-food restaurants, even raw chicken & pork in many grocery stores!!
Since I have started checking labels, stopped eating at salad bars, and made other changes in my diet, I am off the daily medication & my migraines are down to about 1 per 6 weeks (when some sulfite slips by, usually!!).
However, it has been a LONG process to get here. You probably need to consult with a neurologist to get a fix on what may be causing your migraines -- that's how I finally was able to get good help for mine.
Good luck!!

Ignore the feedback approximately laser surgical procedure, they do not have a clue. James M has responded your query. You must have an Ophthalmologist opinion in view to squint or strabismus surgical procedure. It is rather directly ahead, simply ensure you pass to a well Ophthalmologist for your discipline for surgical procedure. The primary threat, as with every surgical procedure, is with anaesthetic or GA. Don't allow that positioned you off even though. If it diverges such as you say, the advantage within the cosmesis of the squint will probably be so valued at having the surgical procedure. I endorse it to adults who've submit with it for many years. Your Doctor will be certain that you're suitable first even though and no longer at threat of any submit op headaches so ask the entire questions whilst you opt for a session. Good success with that and first-rate desires for a completely happy, healthful youngster!

I would doubt that they are related.
I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you also have an inoperable brain tumor.
Again, I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you don't have much time left...
