Muslims believe that Allah, piecemealed the Quran to Muhammad over 20 or so years.
Imagine that.
Instead of giving the Quran in one shot, Allah decides to make the whole process even more suspious by dribbling it out daily to Muhammad...like Muhammad was just making it up whenever he had an idea...wait...I think that what really happened....

Yeah he got all his revelations while he was rolling on the ground like a pig in slop, foaming at the mouth and having epileptic convulsions. Talk about circus tricks and theatrics! This just goes to show how gullible people can be

Well think as you may, however if you wish to really know then maybe get a copy of the Quraan with commentary as a start.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) was came at a time when the people where at a low in terms of morals etc. If you read the Quraan from the first revelations until the end you will notice a progression, had all the laws and injunctions been sent at once people would have found it too hard to follow and would not have managed. Rather the Quraan was revealed in stages so as to make it easier for the people to change and follow the religion

Well I sure hope that all of you questionnaires and answering individuals have other things to do in your lives beside wonder, wonder, wonder! Because having what others do in their religious faith instead of taking up the time to concentrate on what your own beliefs are is truly time consuming. I mean think about it? We do have lives don't we? I know I've got one. And I realize that the purpose of this website is to question and answer! But some of you seem to be just stuck on certain past, present and future situations that you can't do a damn thing about! So please for your own sakes, don't let certain topics consume your very being! It's not healthy!

i would really suggest u to listen to just one lecture by DR ZAKIR NAIk... or read it online specially that about science and quran... see what the facts and reality are u will realise if MOHMMAD (p.b.u.h) nauzubillah was making that up ... what is ur modren day science for ..just give it a look

actually it was given in one shot for the first time ,and it was in a month called Ramadan which is now,after giving it at once,it was also given in different situations.
