Good question! I can only say this: McDonald's has learned to adapt in all countries; In addition to most of their main menu, they offer different local ethnic options: For ex.: In Hawaii, they've served noodle bowls and Asian specialties, France, mayonnaise instead of ketchup; I would imagine there must be McDonald's serving tacos, burritos...Wish they'd switch it up, in general, in the US! Do some noodle bowls, serve a chicken or beef taco, Fried sweet potato fries! Come on, people...

Yes, I live in Mexico City and they serve a breakfast burrito down here with scrambled eggs and jalapeños...they also serve a hamburger with jalapeños too.
