I've had multiple partners, all using protection. I want to know what you think?

I don't think it depends on the number. It's more dependent on the quality of the relationship you had with the man/men before you slept with him.

Girl A has slept with 3 guys, but she was in a long-term committed relationship with each.

Girl B has slept with 2 guys, both of whom she picked up in a bar and slept with within hours of meeting them.

Girl B is a slut, Girl A is not, even though Girl A has slept with more guys than Girl B.

When you say multiple partners we need some specifics?

Do you sleep with a different man every day, every week, one a month, or are you in regular boyfriend / girlfriend relationship that for some reason are not lasting?

How many partners have you slept with?

My definition is someone who on a regular basis sleeps with any one who will say yes. And in my opinion men can be sluts also.

Do think about this practice. Many many diseases you can catch.

And most male sluts after they finish whoring around go find a nice clean girl to marry.

It's kinda that old double standard - how many girls a guy sleeps with makes him "experienced" but women get a bad label. My b/f said his ex-wife had been with over 50 different men before she married him - & she was only 26 at the time. She was a wrestling junkie - I'd say that made her a s l u t, definitely.
"Multiple partners" doesn't necessarily mean you are one - I think it's the time between meeting & doing, also the quality of the relationships.

well to be honest yo can only sleep with one and be a slut. it depends on the situation. Some times you can sleep with many and not get called a slut. i think a slut is soem one who sleeps with others for just pleasure and has no intention of settling down with a good guy. But i dont agree with the term its wrong

Hey ... as long as your using protection, you just keep having fun. Guys have sex with alot of girls over a few years, why can't the women do it. I've have about 30 partners, of which two I married and some of the women were bi,.... that was fun.

Depends on age and time frame. Being with 5 guys in a month is being a slut... 5 guys in 3 years, you're fine.

It is not just an issue of frequency, but of speed. Even if you have only had one sexual partner, if you put out on the first night it would be reasonable to label you a slut. The point where the line is crossed is very nebulous.

I think it is not on how many people you have slept with that counts to be called a 'slut', for me what counts would be 'the reason' behind sleeping with many people.

I dont think its a number in the sense of a number you hit. Screwing around behind someone's back just once, to me, makes you a least one to that person. If there's no problems or relationships being ruined by it, i wouldnt define that as being a s-l-u-t, more a person i'd like to meet :)

I don't believe it's about the number of partners you've had. I think it's about what kind of relationship you had with those partners. If they were all one-nighters, then yes - I'd consider you one. But that's just me...
