Please help me, I'm desperate! I understand the importance of exercise, but I can't seem to get myself motivated! Based on my lifestyle (work, kids), I believe exercising at home will work best for me. But what? I'm not good at repetitions -- I need a DVD. The one I always did (when I did in fact do it) was the old Jane Fonda Step video from the early 90's. (It is VHS, and I don't believe it's even available in DVD.) Can you recommend something a bit more updated? No new age music please! I can't bear to listen to it. Also, not too hard, but not too easy! Please help me.......

Jenn in FL - I've heard about the Carmen Electral strip video, and it sounds very intriguing, but.......wouldn't a pole be required? LOL!

Windsor Pilates is great
If you want to work up more of a sweat there is the "10 Minute Solution" series - it breaks down a 50 minute workout into 10 minute segments so if you don't have time all at once it's great or you can do the whole thing straight through (I got mine at a KMart).
Also, Cathe Friedrich has a lot to choose from including step and weights.
Another great one is Denise Austin - she has just about everything. Kickboxing, walking, toning, dance, the list goes on.
Okay, this is the last one I'll mention - go to www.pickyourlevel.com - there are two there. Each one shows you 3 different levels that you can do each exercise. So, if you're a beginner it's great and you can follow the intermidate and advanced as you get use to it.
Just look for something that interests you so that you'll keep it up.
