You can contact the Easter Seals in your area. Sometimes people donate lots of things for handicapped people. They may have one to borrow or use, or they may have one they can sell on payments, I don't know.

Also, you can contact a local news reporter either on tv or newspaper and have them do a feature story on this. Someone may see it and come across with ways to help.

Contact your local car dealers to see if they'd make a donation or your local Goodwill store. People donate cars to them as well. If all else fails, write a heartfelt letter to a talk show.

Is the person a vet? Contact the veteran's associations. Try the Elks, Lions, and other civic organizations.
