Dont eat biscuits,cakes,chips,take-away,crisps,
Dont drink alcohol,cola,
Phew what a boring life without all these but thats the way I did it and lost 3 stone it took a year mind a little bit at a time and it will stay off then you can gradually have some of these things again.
I did cheat every friday and had a drink but hey we all not all perfect,

Almost forgot you must have 3 small meals a day breakfast is a must.

To lose wieght whilst eating, have lots of spicy food and drink lots of tea and coffee. Both increase you heart rate causing you to use up extra calories. Also drink cold water, it costs your body calories to heat up the water to your bodys tempretaure. I know it sounds pathetic but over time the results add up.

Drink alot of water, and stay away from breads and sweets, I don't think there is a really cool way, though kick boxing is fun.

I've been tempted to take a knife and slice off my own fat, but I don't think that's gonna work. I'd just gain it back again.

remove sugar and caffeine from your diet and eat plenty of high fiber and high protein foods... you will have a very small appetite and lose weight easily.

well, i found that to help curb some cravings that chewing sugar free gum helps, and brushing your teeth every so often, because honestly who wants to eat right after you brush your teeth.
