a cat, cheerleader, a soda/coke drink ( I have an awesome pattern for this), a Hobo, a cowgirl.

She could be a hippie, an 80's pop star, or a go-go dancer. You could stick with a traditional witch but make it more age appropriate. Check out costumes express.com. It might give you some ideas. Good Luck!
