There is a disorder called Muscle Dysmorphia, mostly affecting males. With Muscle Dysmorphia, the sufferer believes they are too skinny and feel the need to build muscle. But they never see themselves as muscular, even when they are really beefed up, they still see themselves as puny and are constantly finding ways to build more muscle, even if it means resorting to drastic measures such as steroids or cosmetic surgery.
