I told a close friend that I have feelings for her. Through emails, we tried to define things, but we are more confused than ever. She has the same feelings and defined them as not developing into anything but good to know they are there. She kept asking me what I wanted with her since we were already friends. Now, I set up a meeting to set things straight. She's really interested in hearing what I have to say. What does she want to hear from me?

It all depends on what your FEELINGS are, are they that you are starting to care for her a LOT and think about her all the time, or is is a Physical attraction. Or hopefully both, let her know, and yes it will change your friendship for the better of for the worse there is no telling how things will end up. You sound as if she likes you also, so Chin up and go for it. =) And she wants to hear the truth, but don't say too much too soon because you want to make sure the feelings are mutual, maybe start by saying I sure do think about you a lot, I think I would like you to be my girlfriend, is she responds in a positive way then let her know how you really feel, if she says you know I just like staying friends then say that's ok, I just wanted to give it a try, but that's cool I like being your friend. =) Good Luck

She wants to know what is is you plan to do regarding your feelings. Do you think of her as someone to potentially get to know even better with the expectation of possibly getting married? Do you think of her as someone who you are extremely comfortable with and can share anything with, yet aren't sure if she is the type you would marry? Do you think that she is a really great friend and that's all it will ever be, but you just want her to know how you feel? You have to decide for yourself where she stands with you, and where you see thigns going if anywhere, and explain what you come up with to her as best as you can.

Tell her you love her, and that you want to be more than friends. But also tell her that you dont want to take the risk of losing her as a friend either. Be sincere, yet honest.

Good Luck, and best of wishes to both of you..

tell her that what ever happens between the 2 of you want to stay friends. a relationship is very hard on people that were once friends and decide to take it a step further. so no matter what, you want to stay friends with her.
