Try Goo Gone or Goof Off. You can get either of them at Wal Mart.

Sunscreen! I know that sounds odd but it works!! Well I'm not sure how good it will work on fabric but I know for a fact that it works on skin!!

Saturate it with hairspray (yes, hairspray) and blot it out, don't rub.

try acetone nailpolish remover, but be careful it could discolor the cloth - try it in a spot that's not shown.
