Do not be scared. Get a restraining order or peace bond so he cannot bother you. If he thinks he is the father make him take a DNA test. If he reports you for using drugs, submit to a hair folicle test. This test will show what kind of drugs if any you have taken in the last few months, If he threatens you and is not the father at all he can say whatever he wants. Children's Aid may come around if he reports you but if you are a good mother and care for your child properly nothing will happen.

It would not be that simple, but if he is the father and you are doing drugs he can eventually get custody of the baby. Keep your self straight and he can do nothing, but he can fight for visitation. Do not make this worse than it is, maybe if you talk with him and say you know I am guessing you really want to see your baby, but the way you have been acting has scared me but if we can come to a realistic agreement yes you do have a right to see your baby and start paying child support (it is a two way street) good Luck.

The only thing that he can do is report you. He would have to get DNA testing before anything can be done. That is why it is so important to knows these men before you sleep with them and take birth control precautions. Just keep being a good mother and if you are (I don't know know but just saying) taking drugs stop now. Give him no reason to do anything. In other words, he can't take her if he's not officially the father.

He can tell them whatever he wants. He probably WON'T. But they cannot take a baby from its mother without some proof. So if he said you were smokeing crack around the baby, they would investigate you and possibly have you take a drug test.

He's a control freak and he's just trying to further control you.

Unless there is legal documentation that he is the father, all he can do is threaten you. He can call Children's Services but a simple test will prove him wrong and that will end that. He can actually get in trouble for continuously filing false reports in some areas.

If you are in drugs probably they will take the baby away from you and put them on a foster parents until you have a rehabilitation's treatments, also if he is not the father he will never have them, so do not worry and stop using venom's

Does he pay child support? If you are not doin anything wrong and you have FULL CUSTODY of the baby then no. BUT if you do anything wrong and the social services come and check you out and find something wrong then yes! Just watch your back and be the best mom that GOD would want u to be. Need to talk just email me.

They have to prove that you are an unfit mother, but better then that they have to prove that he would be more fit to care for the child. You should document the things that he says to you in reference to that. If there were ever a time that anything were to come of that, then you have a paper trail of documented threats and that always looks great to the courts.

I hate to tell you that anyone can lie and say you are on drugs ect. but then the state sends some one to check on you. I would suggest an order to keep him away. If he wants to see the child he may have to get perternity testing

if you actually believe he may, go on the offensive, file harrassment charges, and get an order of protection. if he isn't on the birth certificate he could still try, but the courts would require a paternity test first.
