Dreams are typically affected by our emotional state...When you are very happy and content, your dreams tend to reflect that. If you are stressed and have a million things going at once, your dreams tend to be jumbled and not make much sense. Outside stimuli have a lot of input into our dreams. For example, if you leave the tv on and fall asleep, words or things from the tv can easily be included in your dreams, or a siren going past the house can be factored into your dreams... Look at your surroundings and see if there has been some change that matches up with the past three months...

Listen to them......you are having struggles with something? something you haven't dealt with? Dreams are tools to life. If i have a dream that is very vivid(pregnacy) i tell someone. Both my sister and friend found out they were preg. two days after I told them.
dream, grow, live

Some medications can cause that. Seroquel did that to me.
