I see this girl every week I want to talk to her but I am really shy and every time I see her I don't know what to say. So I never even say hi. How can I get over that and when I do talk to her what should I say?

maybe what u can do is to SMILE at her first... then the next day, approach her n say 'HI, HOW ARE YOU?' From there, it'll start the ball rolling... not forgetting, u must have a LOT OF SELF CONFIDENT... Without it, u can succeed...

Whenever you see her, just make eye-contact and say hi, hello, what's up, alright now, or whatever, and just keep it movin'. Don't expect a long conversation. You just want her to start to recognize your face and get used to speaking to you. After a few helloes or whatever, then find a question to ask her about school, her clothes, her hair, her shoes, homework, or even ask for advice, etc. Next, tell her thanks for whatever you asked her about or give her a compliment. You don't have to try to "make her your girl" right away. You just want her to recognize you and get used to seeing you.
Another thing you could do is PREPARE yourself for what you want to say. Rehearse, practice, and be prepared again for what you think her response may be.
Also, remember this: If you do make a mistake or get nervous, it's a learning experience. Be better prepared the next time you meet. Change up what you want to say or your approach.
AND DON'T FORGET TO SMILE AND BE HAPPY. BE HAPPY THAT YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME LEARNING - NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!

You should ummmmm say HI! Make small talk about a new movie u just saw like Grudge 2 or the new Tx. Chainsaw movie. Talk about the 3 school shooting we have had in just one week. Be yourself-smile-smell good- and relax and it will all work out great!
