That is a very interesting question. Even if it was asked just for fun. I think in a way it would be suicide. Because you chose to take no action in your own life. Unless for some reason you were brainwashed into believeing say for religious reasons that all things are set by GOD and you should not act to undo the future that God has chosen. Even if that was true why would God allow the information to pass to you so that you could change the outcome if you weren't supposed to act.
Now I wouldn't condem you no matter what happened. ...LOL

If you see the future, is it not guaranteed to happen? Otherwise, you could not have seen it or you would not truly be seeing the future. You may not be able to see which choices lead you to that place, so you probably wouldn't be able to make different choices.

Nope. The act of suicide is taking one's own life. All of us know that we are going to die at some point in time or another. We all get premonitions about our death. If your statement were true when we die we would have all created suicide.
Suicide implies that you have inflicted some sought of action upon yourself, knowingly, to cause your death.
